GLOBE Carbon Cycle Workshop for High School Teachers

(Aug. 17-19, University of New Hampshire at Durham)

The GLOBE Carbon Cycle project is focused on bringing cutting edge research and research techniques in the field of terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycling into the classroom. Materials have been developed by teams of scientists and science educators at the University of New Hampshire and Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. From Aug. 17-19, high school teachers and GLOBE trainers have the opportunity to learn more about how to incorporate carbon cycle research into the classroom.  The GLOBE training will be held at the University of New Hampshire at Durham.
